Music can have a huge impact on your workout. Can you push it just that little bit harder and faster when the right tune is pouring from your headsets? Of course you can. A playlist with upbeat, fast paced and driving tunes can turn a boring workout into an exciting and more enjoyable session. Especially when your new years resolutions are starting to waver right about now. But don’t you dare give up now. I recommend rewarding yourself with some new running tunes after you reach an important milestone in your workout. This milestone could be weight, dress size, a time/distance goal, you name it, its your goal.
